What is the return policy?

We gladly accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, including stains or smells may be subject to refusal. Please send returned item(s) using your favorite trackable shipping method  to our returns department address: BapronBaby Returns 16887 W Cielo Grande Ave. Surprise, AZ 85387. Please be sure to include the original order number written on either your provided packing slip or on a piece of paper inside for the quickest processing possible (this is an important step). Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Original shipping charge is non-refundable. 

 

What is the exchange policy?

Exchanges are treated as a return + new order. We ask that you go ahead and place your order for the new desired print or size, and send back the item(s) you wish to be exchanged following the instructions stated in our return policy above in order for us to refund your initial order.
