BapronBaby proudly offers a 100% quality guarantee and accepts product returns under the following conditions:

We gladly accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, including stains or smells may be subject to refusal. Send all return requests to orders@bapronbaby.com.

Please note: Exchanges are treated as a return + new order. We ask that you go ahead and place your order for the new desired print or size.
